You will work closely with product, design, and customer teams to expand our Decrypt product for international partners, shaping how AI agents are deployed for national security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Built and shipped AI agents or LLM-powered products in production.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~5 engineers (growing to ~7).
• Own and scale full-stack agentic workflows that give national security teams real decision advantage.
• Expand flagship Decrypt product to support international allied partners.
