Qualifications

• Two years of college education from accredited program in Engineering, Construction, or relevant field.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with common computer applications including Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with scheduling programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in obtaining and reviewing information for shop drawings, data, and samples.
• Assist in management of RFIs and change orders with subcontractors.
• Assist in preparing estimates for changes in work.
• Study drawings, specs, and shop drawings for coordination.
• Maintain contract documents and project logs.
• Distribute construction information to project team.
• Assist in materials release for fabrication to meet schedule.
• Contribute to final project records and close-out documents.
• Other duties as assigned.
