Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an Energy Technician II to install energy efficiency measures in homes within the Erie, PA area. You will work on attic insulation, caulking, lighting, fixtures, and heating components, ensuring compliance with program guidelines.

Candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and prefer prior residential construction experience; training is available. This role may involve safety-sensitive field work and requires a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in residential construction preferred; will train the right candidate.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install energy savings measures in homes per program guidelines.
• Perform minor repairs to windows and doors.
• Assist with loading and unloading work trucks and keeping sites organized and safe.
• Assist with customer site setup and teardown.
