Qualifications

• Familiarity with Endeca search and related support activities.
• Understanding of eCommerce platforms, product search, and online purchasing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support and troubleshooting for the eCommerce platform.
• Investigate and resolve production issues related to site functionality.
• Support Endeca search functionality and resolve issues impacting the search experience.
• Document issues, resolutions, and support processes as needed.
