Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Remote Litigation Associate based in Austin, TX. The role involves defending and litigating employment-related claims and advising employers on labor law issues.

You will represent employers in court, arbitration, and before agencies, and manage mediations, including class actions. Requirements include a JD from an ABA-accredited school and CA bar admission with required CA experience for the specified track.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 4+ years of California employment litigation experience for Associate role.
• 9+ years of California experience for Of Counsel role.
• Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing.
• Understanding of current state and federal agency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies.
• Handle mediations in employment matters, including class actions and discrimination cases.
