Ideal candidates hold a U.S. JD or LL.B./LL.M., are licensed to practice in the U.S., and have strong legal research and writing skills. Immediate start with rolling applications is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employment/labor law experience.
• J.D. (U.S.) or LL.B./LL.M. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the U.S. (active or inactive).
• Strong experience in legal research and legal writing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate two AI-generated responses for correctness, accuracy, and client-readiness.
• Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior.
• Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions.
• Shape how the next generation of AI reasons about employment disputes and labor matters.
• Ensure evaluations are accurate, precise, and aligned with real-world legal reasoning.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.
