Job summary

the company is a browser-based UI editor and C/C++ code generator for embedded displays. We are seeking an experienced embedded UI engineer to design the UI architecture and build a polished animated interface that runs within tight memory and performance constraints.

You'll work on embedded UI architecture, animations, sprite pipelines, rendering optimization and display/hardware trade-offs while integrating Git activity, build status and notifications into the UI.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in C/C++ for embedded systems.
• Hands-on with embedded graphics and UI rendering.
• Experience with LVGL, U8g2, TFT_eSPI, Adafruit GFX or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design UI architecture for embedded displays under memory constraints.
• Implement character animations and state transitions.
• Develop sprite, bitmap and font pipelines.
• Optimize rendering with dirty rectangles and partial redraws.
• Assess display and hardware trade-offs for performance.
• Integrate Git activity, build status and notifications into UI.
