Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, Master's with 2 years or PhD with 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Sample management experience required.
• Basic understanding of reviewing lab-based technical documents (Protocols, Statements of Work, Lab Manuals).
• Experience in database systems (Watson LIMS, LabVantage LIMS, etc.) required.
• Good communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Good organization, attention to detail and time management skills.
• Experience in GLP/GCP is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a developing individual contributor in PK/PD or related studies to support development programs and research of drug candidates.
• Contribute to study delivery in clinical operations and data management.
• Participate in activities related to BDDS clinical and nonclinical study deliveries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data reporting and sample management requirements are met.
• Define and document study parameters in LIMS to inventory and analyze samples.
• Provide status updates on data cleaning and bioanalysis timelines for multiple studies.
• Support process and system optimization projects and mentor junior colleagues.
