Job summary

The Arizona Department of Administration, Human Resources Division (HRD), is seeking a Travel Reduction Programs and Grant Manager to lead state travel reduction and transportation demand management initiatives and oversee grants and budgets. You will coordinate annual surveys, manage ISAs and vendor partnerships, and provide frontline support to Travel Reduction Program coordinators statewide.

Responsibilities include policy development, program outreach, website administration, and bimonthly

Qualifications

• Experience with grants management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Knowledge of contract and procurement processes.
• Vendor management and regulatory compliance experience.
• Strong budgeting, auditing, and financial tracking skills.
• Understanding of state HR laws and SPS rules.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, administer, and promote TDM programs including transit card management and remote work initiatives.
• Oversee MAG grant funding, reporting, and annual amendments with budgets.
• Provide front-line customer support to state employees and train coordinators.
• Support policy development, audits, and AMS improvements.
• Engage regional committees and manage program outreach and communications.
