Job summary

St. Jude Children''s Research Hospital is seeking a senior Workday Security Lead & Architect to own the security model for the Workday platform.

You will drive architecture, governance, and policy alignment with organization goals, while partnering with Information Security, Internal Audit, and cross-functional teams to manage risk and enable appropriate access. You will lead security strategy, review complex access models, and mentor security administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; master's preferred.
• 5+ years IT/security experience with data architecture preferred.
• Deep Workday security knowledge including RBAC and SoD.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday security architecture, policies, and access models.
• Lead risk, audit, and compliance activities for Workday security.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to security teams.
• Collaborate with governance forums to communicate risks and decisions.
• Design and implement scalable security solutions across Workday domains.
