Responsabilités

• Investigates and evaluates large to complex commercial property claims and reinsured cyber claims; communicates with insureds, agents, and experts.
• Performs field inspections and coordinates with experts to ensure urgent matters are addressed.
• Obtains statements from insureds, claimants, witnesses, and other parties; documents claim activity and reserves.
• Negotiates settlements, drafts settlement letters, and analyzes causes of loss and cost estimates.
• Supports litigation coordination and participates in large projects as needed.
• Reviews coverage, verifies deductibles, and ensures proper notices and compliance.
