Job summary

KiZAN Technologies LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee technology projects with a customer-facing focus. You will ensure project success through planning, client communication, and cross-functional coordination in a dynamic consulting environment.

You’ll apply PMI and Agile methodologies, manage budgets and timelines, and lead teams while maintaining professional client relationships. Remote-friendly with in-office option for local candidates in West Chester, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects (single to multi-resource).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proven ability to manage revenue, utilization, and gross margin.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (including overnight).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer-facing professional representing KiZAN with energy and professionalism.
• Build lasting client relationships and act as a trusted partner.
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders, KiZAN account teams, and internal groups.
• Translate client needs into project requirements and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain project work plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Oversee budgets, scope, and time tracking; ensure accurate reporting and billing.
• Lead teams, manage conflicts, and maintain accountability.
• Identify add-on sales opportunities related to projects.
