Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• 8–12 years in power generation engineering including nuclear plants, steam turbine, HRSG systems or combined-cycle plants.
• 3–5 years in a lead or principal engineering role.
• Experience interfacing with clients, developers, OEMs, and EPC partners.
• Working knowledge of industry codes and standards (ASME, API, NFPA).
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering efforts for nuclear power projects from conceptual design to issued-for-construction deliverables.
• Oversee deliverables such as system design documents, P&IDs, plant layouts, and equipment specs.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, electrical, structural, environmental, and I&C teams for seamless integration.
• Interface with project management to define scope, schedules, risks, and controls; assist with budgeting and proposals.
• Provide technical mentorship to develop engineers and ensure design quality.
