Qualifications

• Minimum five years of IT experience in Java application development and enterprise software development.

• Hands-on experience with AI models, application security, performance analysis, and observability.
• Ability to mentor developers, establish standards, conduct code reviews, and resolve complex challenges.
• Experience with automated testing, web accessibility, and secure development in enterprise environments.
