Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling on the corporate side. You will work closely with the Director, VP, and Executive team to deliver insights and enable data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional Excel and communication abilities, and a track record of delivering accurate financial analyses and reports across multiple stakeholders. Remote work eligibility is available in many states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
• Experience with GL/HRIS systems including Sage Intacct and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and post-acquisition budgets and forecasts.
• Participate in monthly variance analysis and month-end close processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and quarterly Board presentations.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly lender presentations and compliance certificates.
• Build and maintain 3-statement financial models for company performance insights.
• Monitor liquidity, cash flow, and capital requirements.
• Prepare internal and external reporting and analysis.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed.
