Job summary

Austin, TX-based fertility clinic is seeking a Reproductive Endocrinologist to provide compassionate, expert care to individuals and families navigating fertility challenges. This full-time role is primarily on-site with remote options as schedule permits.

The workweek is Monday to Friday with occasional call and weekend duties during batch cycles, in an outpatient setting. You will collaborate with clinic leadership to continually improve patient experience and outcomes while delivering

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Texas medical license in OBGYN.
• Board certification or eligibility in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI).
• Ability to function independently within a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, individualized fertility care throughout diagnosis and treatment.
• Guide patients through their fertility journey with clear information.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve patient experience and outcomes.
• Support a collaborative, respectful team environment.
