Job summary

Health Systems Management, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our dialysis center team. The role involves nutrition education for hemodialysis patients, monthly assessments, and collaboration with physicians.

The position requires a bachelor’s in nutrition or Dietetics with a current state licensure; ESRD experience preferred. Flexible schedule and ability to cover shifts are essential. Full-time role with benefits and potential remote work one day per week after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or Dietetics required.
• Master’s degree in nutrition or Dietetics preferred.
• Active Dietitian licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1-year experience with clinical dietetics; ESRD patients preferred.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to fill in when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides nutrition education to hemodialysis patients.
• Completes monthly assessments and reviews labs with patients.
• Rounds with physicians weekly or as needed.
• Recommends vitamins, binders, and nutritional supplements.
• Monitors weights and adjusts diet and fluid needs.
• Participates in QAPI and collaborates with other dietitians.
