Qualifications

• Specialized experience includes knowledge of contract laws, regulations, and procedures applicable to acquisition and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating lease facilities operations and modifications in a federal context.
• Ability to prepare procurement request packages, negotiate terms, and present reports.

Responsibilities

• Relates to lease actions and develops strategic capital investment plans based on mission requirements and market analysis.
• Coordinates with tenants, drafts legal documents, and enforces lease provisions; executes financial collections from tenants.
• Relates to real property actions; serves as primary contract and field expert for disposal/conveyance of VA Montana assets under the Reduce the Footprint initiative.
• Gleans utilization data and market trends, assesses financial constraints, and presents long-term investment priorities to leadership.
• Acts as COR for lease procurements and manages pre- and post-award contract administration in the absence of a local CO.
