Job summary

Air Force Research Laboratory at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, seeks a mid-level Program Management Analyst (GS-12/13) to oversee execution of R&D programs and coordinate across PMs, technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include collecting and validating cost, schedule, performance data, maintaining integrated plans, and delivering decision-support materials for leadership.

Telework options are situationally available.

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret with SCI/SAP clearance.
1 year of specialized experience at GS-11 or equivalent in business/PM.
APDP Level 2 Practitioner in Program Management required within 60 months or waiver.

Responsibilities

Serve as the local Program Execution Group representative for R&D projects.
Coordinate with PMs, technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders to enable execution.
Collect, analyze, maintain, and validate project data (cost, schedule, performance, milestones, obligations, expenditures, risks, dependencies).
Monitor cost, schedule, performance; identify variances and risks.
Support teams in developing schedules, spend plans, risk registers, action trackers, and docs.
Identify and elevate project risks, constraints, cross-project dependencies, and leadership issues.
Prepare status reports, dashboards, briefings for leadership and stakeholders.
