Job summary

Air Force Research Laboratory in Albuquerque, NM seeks a mid-level Lead Program Management Analyst (DO-1101-03/GS-14 equivalent). You will serve as the primary PM for the Kirtland AFB site, coordinating cost, schedule, risk, and milestones across projects.

The role requires US citizenship, Top Secret/SCI eligibility, and APDP Level 3 certification with 48 months to meet requirements. Telework is situational per agency policy.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Top Secret/SCI/SAP eligibility.
• At least 1 year of specialized experience at the next lower grade (GS-13/DO-II or equivalent).
• Must meet OPM 1100 General Schedule qualification standards.
• APDP Level 3 (Advanced) Non-Critical certification in Program Management (A); 48 months to meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program management point of contact for the site.
• Provide PM support across site projects (cost, schedule, performance, risk, milestones, dependencies).
• Collect and analyze project information; track actions, issues, obligations, expenditures.
