Job summary

Jazz Hands for Autism is seeking a Part Time Program Coordinator & Job Coach to oversee the Jazz Hands Jobs program and serve as an on-site Job Coach. The role includes coordinating student placements, updating progress reports, and developing employment plans for musicians with autism.

The position requires traveling to partner sites, regular studio presence, and occasional weekend work. Up to 30 hours weekly, with compensation at $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent in business, management or related field.
• Prior experience coordinating programs.
• Must be able to travel to job sites and Jazz Hands Studio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Jazz Hands Jobs program and act as on-site Job Coach.
• Coordinate student placements, meetings and partnerships.
• Prepare progress reports and employment goals for musicians.
