Qualifications

• PTA education obtained in a CAPTE-accredited two-year associate degree program.
• Associate's Degree for Physical Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy treatments and procedures under the supervision of a physical therapist.
• Assist in the development of treatment plans.
• Carry out routine functions and document progress within treatment plans.
• Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
