Sentara Therapy Center Blocker is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant in Norfolk, Virginia. This is a Full-time, Day shift opportunity with great benefits. The hours of operation for the center are: 730 am – 6 pm on Mondays & Wednesdays; 8 am – 7 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays ; and 8 am – 4:30 pm on Fridays.
The ideal candidate will be flexible to work early morning schedules and late evening schedules to accommodate hours of operation of the facility.
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will administer physical therapy treatments and procedures under the supervision of a physical therapist. May assist in the development of treatment plans, carry out routine functions, and document the progress of treatment within the scope of treatment plans established by a physical therapist. Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
Associate Level Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.
