Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in the Legal Department with a wide range of assignments, including litigation, contracts, transactions, and governance.
• Review notices of claim, pleadings, and court orders; log deadlines and maintain calendars.
• Monitor court dockets and update attorneys on activity and deadlines.
• Maintain and organize litigation files; assist with discovery requests and document production.
• Prepare digests, summaries, and drafts of litigation papers for service and filing.
• Assist with depositions, hearings, and trials; support legal research using LexisNexis.
