Job summary

Nutter McClennen & Fish seeks a Litigation Support Project Manager to provide litigation technology and project management support for the Litigation Department. The role is hourly, non-exempt, and based in the Boston or New York offices, with the flexibility to work remotely two days a week.

Responsibilities include managing eDiscovery matters end-to-end, advising on discovery strategies, and coordinating trial technology and AI-enabled workflows for legal teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• 5+ years of work experience in a mid-to-large law firm or equivalent.
• Expert-level knowledge of automated litigation information management and databases.
• Relativity Certified Administrator or E-Discovery Specialist preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing small and large eDiscovery matters from collection to production.
• Consulting on discovery/eDiscovery and related technology with legal teams and staff.
• Providing litigation technology support, including database design and QA.
• Managing TAR projects using Relativity’s tools and AI products.
• Developing discovery plans and budgets; training staff on technology.
