Schulte Hospitality Group in the United States seeks an energetic Staff Accountant to join our team. This hands-on role supports month-end close, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting for a growing portfolio of properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Business Education is required.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen is essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PC-based General Ledger software.

Responsibilities

• Complete multiple bank reconciliations timely and accurately for all assigned properties.
• Complete all month-end closing tasks for the portfolio within the closing schedule.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations for the portfolio within required timeframes.
• Run, review and distribute month-end owner reports based on ownership requirements.
• Communicate with Operations Team and General Managers on monthly tasks such as Preliminary Financial Reviews.
