Job summary

Spiro in Hebron, KY is hiring an entry-level Carpenter to join our production team. You will help fabricate and repair tradeshow exhibit components and retail displays, using plywood, MDF, acrylic and metal.

This fast-paced role focuses on carpentry tasks, requires safety-minded teamwork, and supports project timelines. Joining Spiro means contributing to exhibit builds and growing within our experiential agency, with full benefits, 401K vesting and development programs.

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude required.
• Experience in cabinet building or carpentry preferred.
• Ability to use woodworking saws, power tools, and hand tools.
• Experience with high-pressure laminates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Laminating exhibit cabinets and display components.
• Assist with construction/refurbishment methods using plywood, MDF, acrylic and metal.
• Assist with installation of lighting, AV and graphics per drawings.
• Assist with assembly/installation of custom structures in tradeshow environments.
• Perform box assembly or internal crate packing/stenciling.
• Safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace following safety guidelines.
• Respect and maintain company equipment.
