Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ingests, catalogs, and distributes digital assets for museum staff and collaborator access.
• Applies administrative, descriptive, structural, and technical metadata to digital assets.
• Performs original descriptive cataloging and keyword tagging of digital assets.
• Conducts asset discovery and delivery of digital assets to internal and external requesters.
• Contributes to the development of new workflows to support DAM needs.
• Provides training and user support related to digital asset management.
• Performs routine troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Tests system integrations, upgrades, and patches; reviews imaging quality and assets.
