Job summary

Responsibilities include policy administration, submissions, underwriting information gathering, and maintaining accurate data in systems, with emphasis on service standards

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of commercial insurance experience with active P&C license.
• Multiple experience levels: Account Associate, Senior Account Associate, Account Manager Associate.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, technical, and customer service support to the account team and clients; ensure accurate policy processing.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements; manage certificates and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business; prepare submissions and proposals; gather underwriting information.
• Maintain client and policy data in systems; monitor activities and ensure timely task completion.
• Resolve billing discrepancies; support adherence to policies and minimize errors and omissions exposure.
