Job summary

A community-focused financial organization is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to enhance IT operations and ensure the effective functioning of core technology systems. This role requires experience in Microsoft 365 and Google Cloud Platform administration, as well as skills in identity management and troubleshooting. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in systems or SaaS/cloud administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud environments.
• Experience administering Okta or another identity management platform.
• Experience with Intune or MaaS360 for endpoint management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong documentation practices and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Windows servers and core infrastructure services.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and Teams.
• Manage identity lifecycle and SSO provisioning across applications.
• Administer Google Cloud Platform and manage enterprise services.
• Provide operational administration for AWS environments.
• Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for advanced IT issues.
• Participate in IT projects including migrations and upgrades.
