Job summary

Idaho State University is seeking a Clinical Site Coordinator/Clinical Assistant Professor for North Idaho PA Studies. The role travels regionally to establish and sustain clinical rotations, supports the clinical year curriculum, and collaborates with hospital leadership to ensure high-quality PA training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Licensed or eligible for Idaho PA/MD/APRN licensure.
• One year or more of clinical experience.
• Leadership experience in community or medical settings.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain clinical training sites in Northern Idaho.
• Recruit, support, and develop preceptors and sites.
• Oversee clinical year curriculum, assessments, and alignment with ARC-PA.
• Coordinate with Meridian and Pocatello campuses for training and collaboration.
• Teach PA students and assist in curriculum design and evaluation.
• Participate in program committees and self-assessment activities.
