Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required and active state teaching license in Michigan.
- Elementary endorsement required.
- Experience with online learning platforms and virtual classrooms preferred.
- Residence in Michigan and ability to travel occasionally for professional development or school functions.
Responsibilities
- Provides rich synchronous and asynchronous online learning experiences for students.
- Personalizes instruction to meet individual student needs.
- Differentiates instruction based on mastery levels and uses data to drive decisions.
- Maintains grade book and communicates with families/learning coaches.
- Prepares students for high-stakes standardized tests and monitors progress.
