You will provide synchronous and asynchronous instruction, personalize learning, monitor progress in the LMS, and communicate with families. This role is virtual, requiring 40+ hours per week, with travel about 20% for professional development, student testing, and school events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree AND active state teaching license AND background check.
• Experience with online learning platforms.
• Ability to travel for professional development and related school events.

Responsibilities

• Provides rich synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students.
• Personalizes learning to meet individual needs and tracks progress.
• Communicates regularly with families/learning coaches and maintains grade records.
• Travels approximately 20% of the time for PDs and school events.
• Supports testing and other school activities as required.
