The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform has thousands of students looking for online Elementary Math tutors nationally and remotely. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys—from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Do

• Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform—no commuting required.
• Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like.
• Be matched with students best-suited to your teaching style and expertise.
• Leverage the AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions with real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features.
• Invoice for tutoring sessions; we handle payments and related logistics.

Compensation and Schedule

• Base contract rates start at $18/hour and may increase for specialized subjects; pay can rise with continued work with the same student (up to $40/hour).
• Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice.
