Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Senior Account Specialist for the Cardiac Ablation Solutions team, based in Spain with a remote role covering the region. You will deliver expert clinical and technical support to physicians, conduct product demonstrations, and drive adoption of AfferaMapping and Ablation systems across hospitals worldwide.

The role requires a life sciences or sales degree, 4+ years in electrophysiology, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Sales, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of electrophysiology procedures experience.
Cardiology background or Cardiac Physiologist experience.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Strong communication skills across levels of the organization.
Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for innovation and excellence.
Valid driving license with clean record.
Understanding of 3D mapping systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide expert clinical and technical support to physicians and EP Lab staff for the Affera Mapping and Ablation System and related technologies.
Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, installations and ongoing support to drive adoption.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted partner.
Maintain advanced clinical and technical knowledge of company products and monitor competitors.
Demonstrate calm, critical thinking in high-stress situations with proactive problem-solving.
Collaborate with account teams and Sales Managers on territory reviews and planning.
Serve as liaison between sales and technical staff for clear communication and satisfaction.
