Qualifications

• Expertise in electrical systems, control systems, automation, instrumentation, or field operations environments.
• Experience interpreting and producing technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and operational documentation.
• Backgrounds may include Electrical Engineer, Controls Engineer, Automation Engineer, Instrumentation Engineer, Electrician, or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, and explain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control-system documentation for AI training.
• Review, annotate, and validate equipment layouts, inspection reports, and operational procedures.
• Evaluate electrical troubleshooting scenarios and document approaches and solutions using industry best practices.
• Assess manuals and field-operation guides for accuracy and clarity for non-expert audiences.
• Provide detailed feedback on documentation quality related to field operations and electrical systems design.
• Collaborate asynchronously to share technical context and real-world challenges.
• Help refine workflows by communicating technical nuances and identifying information gaps.
