Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, LLP (BSKB), located near Mosaic District in Vienna, VA, is seeking a motivated Patent Attorney for a full-time position with a salary range of $160k - $180k. The ideal candidate will have experience in patent prosecution and a degree in relevant engineering or science fields.

This opportunity includes responsibilities such as prosecution of patents for global tech companies and a positive team environment. Remote working options are available within VA and some nearby states.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science degree and/or Master of Science in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent.
• One to three years of substantial patent prosecution experience as a licensed patent attorney/patent agent.
• Registration to practice before the USPTO.

Responsabilidades

• Prosecution of patent applications for leading global technology companies.
• Collaboration with clients and other professionals.
• Conducting case discussions with clients.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest developments in patent law.
