This full-time role may be performed from Cleveland or remotely (U.S.-based) as the program wins dictate. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in aerospace/defense environments, familiarity with spacecraft power systems, and experience with schematic capture, PCB design, and harness documentation.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in aerospace/defense/government contractor environments.
• Familiarity with spacecraft power systems and avionics design.
• Experience with schematic capture, PCB design tools, and harness documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and test spacecraft electrical systems and avionics for aerospace and defense programs.
• Support power systems architecture, signal integrity analysis, and system integration activities.
• Develop schematics, PCB layouts, and harness designs for mission-critical space systems.
• Contribute to NASA and DoD proposals and technical documentation in coordination with capture teams.
• Participate in design reviews, validation campaigns, and verification testing for aerospace systems.
• Coordinate with propulsion and systems engineering teams on integrated spacecraft architectures.
