Job summary
Swingtech is seeking an eLearning-Multimedia Developer to craft engaging online learning experiences. This remote role may travel to Baltimore, MD, and collaborates with instructional designers to translate content into interactive modules.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in eLearning development, proficiency with Articulate Storyline, and a strong multimedia design background. Local travel to client sites in the DC/MD/VA area may be required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience in instructional design or educational technology.
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline is essential.
- Experience with Articulate Rise or Adobe Captivate is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of triggers and variables for interactive eLearning.
- Strong multimedia and graphic design skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Captivate.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and QA to translate content into interactive modules.
- Create multimedia assets, including graphics, narrations, animations, and quizzes.
- Ensure content complies with SCORM and accessibility requirements.
- Publish content for LMS distribution and provide technical support.
