Job summary

KPA seeks an EHS Risk Management Consultant to develop client relationships, perform onsite field audits, employee trainings, and regulatory interactions, and to minimize risk while improving client profitability through strong industry knowledge.

Role is remote with frequent travel within the territory, including 2–3 weeks of overnight travel per quarter; you will work with district managers, dealer groups, and state associations to ensure compliance and safe operations across Arizona and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science/Engineering or Safety Studies preferred.
• Three years of Environmental Health & Safety experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
• Public speaking ability to address audiences up to 300 people.
• Capable of communicating with senior management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite field audits, employee trainings, and regulatory interactions.
• Minimize client risk to increase profitability through regulatory knowledge.
