Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Public Policy, or a related field; or a Master's with 4+ years.
• Experience supporting external clients, managing small teams, and working in a shared services model.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of strategic communications plans to advance project goals.
• Advise education project teams on messaging, audience engagement, and outreach.
• Translate complex research into clear, accessible communications products (infographics, videos, briefs).
• Lead campaigns across digital, social, web, multimedia, and events.
• Oversee editorial planning and workflows for high-quality outputs.
• Analyze metrics to improve performance and inform strategies.
• Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Contribute to business development via proposals and communications planning.
