Job summary

Imagine Learning is seeking a Professional Learning Specialist to provide content-specific support, training, and guidance in implementing Imagine IM. You will collaborate with district leaders, school administration, and teachers to promote adoption across the customer lifecycle.

The role involves delivering engaging professional development, designing learning plans, and coordinating with internal teams. Remote-friendly with travel up to 60% (potentially higher during peaks), MI/OH/IN/IL

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, or relevant field, and a minimum of 5+ years teaching experience with blended and/or online learning; Master’s preferred.
Experience with Imagine IM is highly preferred.
Current teaching certification or prior teaching experience is required.

Responsibilities

Deliver fee-based, engaging, small and large group presentations, in-person and virtually, centered on district/school teaching and learning recommendations.
Develop professional learning plans and implement strategies to support clients throughout their journey, from initial interest to renewal.
Prepare presentations, verify account setup, confirm learning outcomes, tailor materials, and plan travel.
Submit Training Requests, update customer records with session summaries and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Sales) as part of a matrixed service team.
Engage in a Professional Learning Community to share best practices and grow skills.
Manage multiple districts and projects while forecasting service delivery and seasonal variations.
Fulfill other responsibilities to support team objectives.
