BlueTuskr, a full-service ecommerce growth agency, seeks a design-focused contractor to create conversion-oriented creative for ecommerce clients, spanning email, CRO, Shopify development and paid media. This fully remote contractor role starts at 15 hours per week with pay USD 20 to 25 per hour, depending on experience and portfolio.

There is potential to increase hours as the role grows. Candidates must be in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil or Argentina, with availability between 9am

Qualifikationen

• 2 to 4 years of ecommerce digital design experience and a relevant portfolio.
• Advanced Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-assisted design workflows.
• Strong English communication.
• Conversion-focused web design and the ability to apply multiple brand guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Design mobile-first campaign emails and automated retention flows.
• Create Shopify landing pages, website sections and product-page assets, with developer-ready Figma handoffs.
• Produce social and paid-ad variations plus video edits, captions and simple motion.
• Support CRO testing, accessibility, brand consistency and timely delivery across client accounts. Use Claude or other AI tools within client confidentiality guidelines.
