EBP Audit Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced EBP Audit Manager to lead our employee benefit plan audits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and will be responsible for overseeing audit teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with ERISA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage employee benefit plan (EBP) audits from planning through completion.
• Review and analyze client financial statements and audit findings to provide insights and recommendations.
• Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance on technical issues and career development.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA regulations and other industry standards during audits.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding audit processes, findings, and recommendations.
• Prepare and present audit reports to clients and management teams.
• Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification is required.
