Job summary

Draeger, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager – Government & Defense on the East Coast to drive revenue in military and government accounts. Remote work supported; travel across the East Coast is required to engage agencies, contractors, and distributors.

Base salary is $85,000 with uncapped commission. On Target Earnings are $125,000 annually at quota, with potential to exceed based on performance. This federal contractor role requires US work authorization.

Qualifications

• BA in business or technical field; 5–10+ years in government sales or procurement exposure.
• 5+ years selling to Military/Military Contractors or 5–10+ Military service exposure to procurement.
• Experience managing distributors and complex, consultative sales cycles.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory; proficiency with CRM and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Build and manage distributor networks aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and expense data; ensure compliance.
