Job summary

Blue Stout is seeking an E-commerce DTC UX/UI Brand Designer to own projects from strategy to execution for multiple brands. You will design Shopify storefronts that are conversion-focused, building scalable UI systems and brand guidelines while collaborating with strategists and developers.

You’ll apply AI-driven methods to accelerate design tasks and deliver high-quality results across live stores, with a strong emphasis on accessibility, mobile-first UX, and data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing UX/UI for eCommerce or DTC brands at an agency or in-house environment.
• Proven Shopify or Shopify Plus experience with live storefronts.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and comfortable creating scalable UI systems.
• Deep understanding of mobile-first design, UX fundamentals, and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Own UX and UI design from concept to launch across multiple DTC eCommerce brands.
• Design online stores and pages that are clear, easy to use, and drive sales.
• Create wireframes, scalable UI systems, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with PMs, lead designer, and developers through handoff, QA, and launch.
• Identify usability issues and improve the experience using CRO best practices.
• Lead AI-driven initiatives to speed up design production or improve quality.
