Job summary

Driver Digital LLC, a design-led, human-centered creative commerce agency in New York, seeks a Senior User Experience Designer to own the design process from brief to high-fidelity visuals. You will partner with leadership to establish a repeatable methodology for high-converting Shopify experiences.

You'll wireframe, prototype in Figma, and deliver polished UI while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure feasible, data-informed design decisions.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Figma skills for wireframes, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong UX design experience for D2C brands across fashion, beauty, jewelry, or lifestyle.
• Experience translating briefs into actionable, prioritized design improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design from discovery to high‑fidelity UI.
• Develop commerce experiences tailored to D2C brands.
• Conduct UX/UI audits and translate findings into improvements.
• Architect site structure to lift conversion and clarity.
• Create and evolve consistent design systems across projects.
• Collaborate with strategy, engineering and account teams.
