Job summary

Kerae Medical is seeking a technically skilled E-Commerce Specialist to manage Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify sales channels. You will lead product listings, storefront optimization, digital advertising, inventory monitoring, and performance reporting.

The role requires hands-on experience with Amazon/Walmart marketplaces, HTML/CSS/Shopify Liquid, and PPC campaigns. This hybrid contractor position may involve some on-site Walnut Creek work.

Qualifications

• At least two years hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, and Shopify.
• Experience with Amazon and Walmart Marketplace preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Shopify Liquid.
• Demonstrated experience with Amazon PPC, Google Ads, and marketplace advertising.
• Experience creating and optimizing product listings and Amazon A+ Content.
• Familiarity with FBA inventory management and marketplace account health requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using performance data to improve sales and advertising results.
• Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and provide consistent weekly performance reports.
• Experience with medical supplies, healthcare products, or regulated product categories is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace accounts.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, images, variations, and backend search terms.
• Develop and maintain Amazon A+ Content, Brand Store pages, and Walmart product content.
• Monitor account health, policy compliance, customer feedback, suppressed listings, and marketplace performance.
• Track Amazon FBA and Walmart fulfillment inventory, including stock levels, replenishment requirements, stranded inventory, and fulfillment issues.
• Manage and improve the Kerae Medical Shopify website.
• Use HTML, CSS, and Shopify Liquid to update themes, create landing pages, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve the customer experience.
• Manage website content, product pages, security updates, applications, and third-party integrations.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC, Walmart advertising, and Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor advertising budgets, keyword performance, conversion rates, return on advertising spend, and other key performance indicators.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, pricing and marketplace research.
• Improve website traffic, product visibility, conversion rates, and online sales.
• Prepare clear weekly reports covering sales, advertising performance, inventory, account health, completed work, and recommended actions.
