Advancing Eco Agriculture Inc. is seeking a full-stack E-commerce developer to bridge design, software engineering, and digital retail strategy.

You will focus heavily on transaction flows, payment security, shopping cart mechanics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and high-volume traffic handling. The role involves cross-department collaboration, reporting to the Head of IT, and close work with Marketing and Finance to integrate financial systems, customer records, and order processing, with

Qualifications

• Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Back-End: PHP, Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
• DB: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• E-commerce platforms & integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, SFCC).
• CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and customize online stores on major platforms.
• Integrate payment gateways, ERP/CRM/PIM tools.
• Optimize site performance and mobile UX to reduce cart abandonment.
• Ensure PCI-DSS compliance and data security.
• Conduct A/B testing and troubleshoot checkout issues.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, marketing, and finance teams.
