Job summary

Snap Finance is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Designer on a freelance/contractor basis to lead eCommerce creative production from Utah. The role focuses on modular promotional assets across email, paid media, social, and on-site placements, including AI-assisted compositing and art direction.

Collaborate with the in-house design team to produce visual creative for recurring promotions, craft scalable components, and design high-impact email elements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital design experience in e-commerce, retail, or performance marketing.
• Portfolio demonstrating eCommerce campaigns; portfolio link required.
• Experience creating assets scalable across multiple digital channels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, performance metrics, and optimization principles.

Responsibilities

• Produce visual creative for recurring promotional and seasonal themes for eCommerce-driven campaigns in collaboration with the in-house design team.
• Design modular promotional components that can be scaled across email, paid media, social, and on-site placements.
• Create high-impact email elements and, when required, full email creative according to briefs and established guidelines.
• Assist digital merchandising by developing promotional assets that align with the team’s strategy.
• Translate approved marketing strategy and creative direction into conversion-focused digital assets.
• Implement creative iterations based on performance insights, A/B testing, and campaign results shared by the team.
• Generate composite generative AI imagery and product shots using vendor-provided source files, then art direct outcomes to match brand style and campaign strategy.
• Maintain organized, scalable files and reusable components in Figma and the team’s DAM tool.
